the staff was extremely polite and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. The hotel also offered good amenities and services, ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.
The rooms were in need of maintenance and refurbishment, and there seemed to be a difference in the state of repair among them. The bathroom had too much mold, and the towels provided were stained and threadbare.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience great. They were very flexible with our requests and Mr. Malhotra, in particular, was very kind to us. The hotel facilities were impeccable, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we truly appreciated this. Additionally, the location was convenient for us, allowing easy access to transportation and other attractions in the city.
It was all superb.
